My company can provide a range of Pipe Stress Analysis services which will enable customers to certify code compliancy for those piping systems which require formal calculations to be reported.

The extent of analyses and format of reporting will be tailored to suit individual customer requirements, however customers can rest assured that safety is our prime consideration for all designs.

We can provide design calculations for normal operational design conditions as well as upset conditions, seismic/explosion cases or pipework which is subject to high cyclic activity and thus requiring full fatigue life assessment.

We can also provide advice on the design of special pipe supports including welded attachments to parent pipe, and advise on the selection of standard pipe supporting components.

All pipe stress analysis is carried out using CAESAR II software; either by myself calling on 25 years experience ofpipe stress analysis and design of pipe supports, or by other suitably experienced engineers who form part of a close network of consultants.
